For sale is our high quality Vulcanising Cement fluid
250ml with brush included attached to the cap inside

Expertly formulated vulcanising fluid for professionally repairing tyres and tubes with use of Bias and Radial patches.

This product is also highly effective in the use of chemical cushion gum repairs and valve patches.
The applicator brush allows for quick application of the formula to the injury.
The solution can be used for both hot and cold cure repairs.

How to use :

Apply a thin, even coat of vulcanizing cement to a clean, roughened rubber surface, let it dry until tacky, and then press your patch firmly in place.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using Vulcanising Cement
Clean and prep the surface: Remove all dirt, oil, and debris from the rubber area.
Rough up the rubber: Use sandpaper or a wire buffer to abrade the area larger than the patch size until it looks dull or velvety. Brush away any dust.
Apply the cement: Use a brush or applicator to work a thin, even layer of vulcanising cement into the textured rubber in a circular motion. Make sure the coated area extends past the edges of the patch.
Let it dry (Flash off): Wait 3 to 5 minutes (or follow your specific product instructions) until the cement is completely dry and tacky to the touch. Do not rush this with a fan or compressed air, as it can trap solvents or cause contamination.
Apply the patch or plug: Press the patch or plug firmly onto the tacky surface.
Roll out air bubbles: Use a roller or hard tool from the center outward to ensure total contact and remove trapped air. Allow the bond to fully cure before putting the item under pressure or load.
